Radio system for shipping traffic
Backnang, 23rd June 2009. telent GmbH has been awarded a contract, running until 2011, by the Federal Waterways and Shipping Administration (WSV). Throughout 120 sites, the company will manage the rollout of a transmission network based on IP technology, incorporating a radio relay system. This network will gradually replace the existing network. The project is worth several million Euros.
